Pixel Rivals is free to watch. These terms explain what you may do with the scenes and what we are responsible for.

1. Parody and commentary

The scenes are satire and commentary on public events, companies and pop culture. They are not statements of fact about any company, and they do not describe any real person.

2. Sharing

You may share links, screenshots and clips of Pixel Rivals on social media and in articles, as long as you credit "Pixel Rivals" or link to pixelrivals.com. Any other use of the artwork, the code or the texts, in particular commercial use, needs our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Availability

We provide the website free of charge and without any guarantee that it is available at all times or free of errors. We may change, pause or discontinue scenes or the website at any time.

4. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typically foreseeable. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

5. Trademarks

Company and product names are used only to identify the companies being parodied. They belong to their respective owners, who do not endorse this website.

6. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
